AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED
Clubs are non-returnable after 30 days from purchase. We do not accept returns for custom or personalized putters. Please ask when ordering if you are unsure if your putter is being built with custom options. Custom options include, but not limited to, personalization, such as special order belly shafts and grips.
*Return policy does not apply to a putter that is found to be defective. There will be no restocking fee for its return. Just send it back and we will simply send you a new one.
To return a Railgun II putter, make a copy of your original invoice and include a note with any pertinent information we need to know; i.e. if defective, tell us where the defect lies.
If you cannot locate your original invoice, then please just write us a note. If you're shipping the putter from a different address than the one we originally shipped it to you, please include it in your note. Also, include daytime and evening telephone numbers, in case we have any problems we will be able to contact you.
